Registration – ICICA 2025

We warmly invite academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to register for ICICA 2025 – International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Applications. Registration is compulsory for all participants, whether presenting a paper or attending as a listener

What Registration Includes

• Presentation Opportunity: A 10–15-minute slot (onsite or online) for each registered paper.
• Certificates: E-certificates of presentation/participation will be issued to all registered participants.
• Proceedings Inclusion: All accepted and registered papers will be considered for inclusion in the official conference proceedings (with ISBN), which will be indexed and archived in Google Scholar, DOI (via Zenodo), ROAD, Figshare, OSF (Open Science Framework), OpenAIRE, and Dimensions.

Publication & Indexing

All accepted and registered papers will be published, with two publication options available:

Option 1: Standard Publication (Included in Registration Fee)

• Publication in a peer-reviewed journal Indexed and archived in: Google Scholar, DOI (Zenodo), ROAD, Figshare, OSF, OpenAIRE, Dimensions.
• Ensures international academic visibility and recognition.

 Option 2: Scopus-Indexed Publication (Additional Charges)

Authors may pursue publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings or journals, subject to additional charges and compliance with publisher requirements

 Additional publication charges, extended peer review, and formatting requirements may apply. Authors must notify the Organizing Committee after acceptance to initiate this process.

Important Notes

• At least one author per paper must complete registration within the deadline. Papers without a registered author will not be scheduled for presentation or included in the proceedings.
• A signed copyright agreement must be submitted along with the camera-ready paper for publication eligibility.

Refund and Presentation Policy

• No Refund Policy: Once registration is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Flexible Presentation Mode: If a registered author is unable to attend physically, they may present online with prior intimation.
• Substitute Presenter: If the registered author cannot present (either onsite or online), a co-author may present on their behalf, subject to prior written approval from the organizing committee.

Important Notes

• At least one author must register for each accepted paper to be included in the proceedings.
