Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to the ICICA will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin software to ensure the originality of the content. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%. If the similarity index exceeds this threshold but is deemed minor by the Editorial Board, authors will be requested to revise and resubmit their manuscript to address the identified issues. Manuscripts with a similarity index significantly above 20% or those found to contain substantial plagiarism (e.g., verbatim copying without proper citation or unacknowledged use of AI-generated content) will be rejected outright without further review. Authors are responsible for ensuring their submissions adhere to academic integrity standards, including proper citation of all sources and originality in their work.
Peer Review Policy
The ICICA employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, objectivity, and scholarly merit of published manuscripts. The peer review process is as follows:
Reviewers may provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the manuscript’s quality.
Authors are notified of the decision via email, along with reviewer feedback to guide any necessary revisions.
The ICICA is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and high-quality peer review process to uphold the academic integrity and scholarly value of the conference proceedings.
