We warmly invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to participate in ICICA. Registration is mandatory for all participants, whether presenting or attending. Early-bird deadline: May 10, 2026.

All accepted and registered papers will be submitted to a Scopus-indexed journal. Final publication depends on the journal's editorial and quality review process. Any applicable Article Processing Charges (APC) must be borne by the authors.
What registration includes
Presentation slot
Each registered author is allotted a 10–15 minute presentation slot (online or on-site).
Participation certificate
All registered participants receive an e-certificate of participation/presentation.
Conference proceedings
Accepted and presented papers are considered for publication in the official conference proceedings, subject to publisher approval.
Refund & presentation policy
- No refund policy: once registration is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Flexible presentation mode: if a registered author is unable to attend physically, they may present online with prior intimation.
- Substitute presenter: if the registered author cannot present (onsite or online), a co-author may present on their behalf, subject to prior written approval from the organizing committee.
